Use your Trend Micro Customer Licensing Portal credentials to register your existing supported cloud services to Trend Micro Apex Central. You can also use the Cloud Service Settings screen to view or unregister your Customer Licensing Portal account and related cloud services.

  • Trend Micro Apex Central only supports email correlation in Cloud App Security for Threat Investigations.

  • You must properly configure Cloud App Security and Apex Central before being able to correlate email message information.
    For more information, see Enabling Correlation Events for Threat Investigations.
  • Ensure your Customer Licensing Portal account includes Cloud App Security before registering cloud services to Trend Micro Apex Central.
    For more information, see https://clp.trendmicro.com/.
  • If your Customer Licensing Portal account services are already registered to another Apex Central server and you choose to change to the current Trend Micro Apex Central console, you will no longer receive log data or be able to sign into any existing cloud services from the other Apex Central console.

Procedure

  1. Go to Directories → Product Servers.
    The Product Servers screen appears.
  2. Register cloud services:
    1. Click Cloud Service Settings.
      The Cloud Service Settings screen appears.
    2. Provide the following credentials:
      • Account: The user name used to activate the cloud service subscription on the Trend Micro Customer Licensing Portal (https://clp.trendmicro.com/)
      • Password: The password for the Customer Licensing Portal account
    3. Click OK.
      Trend Micro Apex Central registers your Customer Licensing Portal account and supported cloud services.
  3. To view registered Customer Licensing Portal account information and cloud services, click Cloud Service Settings.
    The Cloud Service Settings screen appears and displays registered Customer Licensing Portal account information and cloud services.
  4. To unregister cloud services:
    1. Click Cloud Service Settings.
      The Cloud Service Settings screen appears.
    2. Click Unregister cloud services from Apex Central and agree to all succeeding prompts.
      Trend Micro Apex Central unregisters your Customer Licensing Portal account and all related cloud services.
