Views:
Remove the Internet Information Services settings after stopping the Trend Micro Apex Central services.

Procedure

  1. From the Trend Micro Apex Central server, click Start → Run.
    The Run dialog box appears.
  2. Type the following in the Open field:
    %SystemRoot%\System32\Inetsrv\iis.msc
  3. On the left-hand menu, double-click the server name to expand the console tree.
  4. Double-click Default Web Site.
  5. Delete the following virtual directories:
    • ControlManager
    • TVCSDownload
    • TVCS
    • WebApp
  6. Select the ISAPI Filters tab.
  7. Delete the following ISAPI filters:
    • TmcmRedirect
    • ReverseProxy
