Procedure

  1. On the Trend Micro Apex Central server, click Start → Run.
    The Run dialog box appears.
  2. Type the following in the Open field:
    odbcad32.exe
  3. On the ODBC Data Source Administrator screen, click the System DSN tab.
  4. Under Name, select ControlManager_Database.
  5. Click Remove, and then click Yes to confirm.
