Trend Micro Apex Central only supports upgrading or migrating from Control Manager 6.0 Service Pack 3 Patch 3, Control Manager 7.0, or Control Manager 7.0 Patch 1.

Procedure

Back up the operating system of existing Control Manager server.
Back up the existing Control Manager database.
Install Trend Micro Apex Central over Control Manager.
