Perform the following procedure to verify that the previous version of Control Manager successfully upgraded to Trend Micro Apex Central.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Trend Micro Apex Central web console.
    The Trend Micro Apex Central web console successfully logs on and the Dashboard appears.
  2. Go to Help → About
    The About screen appears and displays the Trend Micro Apex Central product name and Version.

  3. On the Trend Micro Apex Central server, verify that the following services are running:
    • Trend Micro Apex Central
    • Trend Micro Management Infrastructure
