Upgrade Trend Micro Apex One to a new version.

Perform a remote installation/upgrade (Debug logging is enabled on the endpoint where you launched Setup and not on the remote endpoint.).

WARNINGDebug logs may affect server performance
and consume a large amount of disk space. Enable debug logging only
when necessary and promptly disable it if you no longer need debug
data. Remove the log file if the file size becomes huge.
