Trend Vision One allows you to activate all enterprise SaaS product licenses by clicking the link in the activation email and following the instructions in the console. You no longer need to copy and paste Activation Codes or product keys when activating enterprise products.

You can view and manage your active enterprise SaaS licenses in the Trend Vision One console through the License Information app.

Procedure

  1. Click the link provided in the activation email.
    If you did not receive or cannot locate the activation email after purchasing a Trend Micro enterprise SaaS product, contact your sales representative.
  2. Sign in to your Primary User Account to view all your Trend Micro solutions.
    If you do not yet have a Primary User Account for your business, click Register your business with Trend Micro and complete the steps for registration.
  3. Activate your Trend Micro solutions.
    1. Verify the information on the Activate Your Trend Micro Solutions window.
    2. Read the applicable agreements carefully and select the accompanying checkbox to accept the terms of the agreements.
    3. Click Activate.
      You might be prompted to provide your sign in credentials.
      The Activating window appears. The request might take a few minutes to complete.
  4. Once activation is complete, go to the applicable location to view your Trend Micro product and service licenses.
    • For customers with both enterprise licenses and other licenses, the Activation Successful window enables you to choose between the following locations:
      • The Trend Vision One License Information app to view your enterprise SaaS solutions
      • Customer Licensing Portal to view your Cloud Edge and Worry-Free Business Security Services licenses
    • For customers with only enterprise SaaS licenses, the Activation Successful window automatically directs to the Trend Vision One console.
