If you have several subscriptions to the same service, you can merge your licenses in order to manage the service from Customer Licensing Portal using a single account.

Only available for Worry-Free Business Security Services licenses.

Procedure

  1. Go to Products/Services.
    The Products/Services screen appears.
  2. Click Merge Products.
    The Merge Products screen appears.

  3. Select the product/service licenses to merge (if multiple licenses are available).
  4. Review the details of the product/service combination.
  5. Click Merge if you want to proceed with the combination.
    A confirmation dialog appears.

    After confirming that you want to merge the product/service licenses, there is no way to undo the procedure.
