You can view the list of files that Deep Discovery Analyzer cannot scan on the
Unsuccessful Scans screen.

NoteDeep Discovery Analyzer will attempt to scan
the files again in the next scheduled or on-demand scan.

To display the Unsuccessful Scans screen, go to and click the number next to Unsuccessful in the
Scan results field.
You can use the search function or filter entries (by file name, path, network
share name, error type, or event logged time).
The following table describes the information on the Unsuccessful Scans
screen.
