You can import exceptions from a properly-formatted CSV file.
Important
Important
You cannot add or import objects of the type Sender manually.

Procedure

  1. Go to Policies → Exceptions → Objects.
  2. Click Import.
  3. If you are importing exceptions for the first time:
    1. Click Download sample CSV.
    2. Save and populate the CSV file with new objects.
      You can see instructions in the CSV file.
    3. Browse and select the CSV file you created.
  4. If you have imported exceptions before:
    1. Save another copy of the CSV file
    2. Populate the file with new objects
    3. Browse and select the CSV file you created.
  5. Click Import.
    The imported exceptions display in the list with Web service as the source.
