  1. Make sure that the Endpoint Encryption device has network access.
  2. Click the agent icon ().
  3. Select About Full Disk Encryption to open the agent menu.
  4. Open the Information tab.
  5. Click Sync with PolicyServer.

If successful, all Endpoint Encryption policies are up-to-date.
