Any Group Administrator can change a user's profile information.

Enterprise-level changes are applied to the user universally, but group-level changes apply only to that group.

Open Enterprise Users.
In the right pane, right-click the user and then select Modify User.

The Modify User screen appears.
Make the necessary changes. If the authentication method changes to Fixed Password, provide the default user password.
Click OK.
At the confirmation message, click OK.
