Reports make log information easier
to understand. PolicyServer MMC separates reports into
two distinct categories:

Standard reports capture specific log information in a report format. Submit standard reports on an as-needed basis.

Alert reports send an alert notification to the Enterprise Administrator and capture the security incident in a report.

NoteOnly the Enterprise Administrator can use reports.
