Click the link next to Exceptions, on the Add
Rule screen. The Exceptions screen appears for
the traffic direction (incoming, outgoing, both incoming and outgoing messages, or
all messages).
Procedure
- Click the link next to Exceptions, on the Add
Rule screen. The Exceptions screen appears for the traffic direction (incoming, outgoing, both incoming and outgoing messages, or all messages).
- Under Select addresses, select one of the following for
both the "From" and "To" addresses:
- Enter email address: Type the email address to add.
- Search for LDAP users or groups: Type the LDAP user or group name and click Search. The results display in the list box.
- Select address groups: All existing address groups appear in the list. If there are a large number of email addresses that you will reuse for routes in a rule, click Add to create an address group.
- If you are adding an email address, click Add>. If you are adding an LDAP or address group, click it in the list box, and then click Add>.
- To remove a sender-recipient pair from the list, click the trash can icon.
- Click Save.
