Creating a Cloud Pre-Filter Account

Procedure

1. Click Cloud Pre-Filter.
   The Create/Authenticate Cloud Pre-Filter Account screen appears.
2. Select No next to Do you have a Cloud Pre-Filter account:.
3. Specify an account name and email address for the account.
4. Specify your location from the Your location list. This setting specifies which of the global Trend Micro data centers you use.
5. Click Create.
   IMSVA generates a key for the Cloud Pre-Filter account.
6. Save this key to a secure location. IMSVA uses the key and the user name to authenticate connection to Cloud Pre-Filter.

   Tip Trend Micro recommends saving the key file. The key file contains your account password, data center information, and other related settings.

7. Click Load Cloud Pre-Filter service.
   The Cloud Pre-Filter Policy List screen appears.
8. To view the account information, click Cloud Pre-Filter Account Information on the Cloud Pre-Filter Policy List screen.
