Configuring Graymail Exceptions | Trend Micro Service Central

The exception list is a list of IP addresses to ignore when filtering content. Add up to 5,000 IP addresses by either adding individual addresses or by importing multiple addresses from a text file. The policy takes effect on IP addresses in their order in the list.

Procedure

Create or modify an "Other" (not an Antivirus) policy.

- For information on modifying an existing rule, see Configuring Existing Policies.
Under Graymail, click Graymail detection settings.

The Graymail detection settings screen appears.
Select Enable Exception List.
Add IP addresses using the following methods:
1. Specify an IP address and then click Add>>.
  
  The IP address appears in the list.
2. Import IP addresses from a text file on a local host to the IMSVA server.

Optional: Export the IP address list as a text file.
Click Save.
