Rule Updates

New Rules for Azure

AKS-010: Use Microsoft Entra ID Integration with Kubernetes RBAC: This rule ensures that Microsoft Entra ID integration with Kubernetes RBAC is enabled for Azure AKS clusters.
AKS-009: Use Azure CNI Add-On for Managing Network Resources: This rule ensures that Azure Container Networking Interface (CNI) add-on is used for managing network resources.
AKS-008: Kubernetes API Version: This rule ensures that AKS clusters are using the latest version of Kubernetes API.
