Using a single account to log on, you can manage multiple Trend Micro Email
Security End User Console accounts. In addition,
you can perform operations such as viewing quarantined messages, setting approved
and
blocked senders, and complete Email Continuity settings for each managed account.
Depending on your administrator's setting, the managed accounts available on
the End User Console are collected from either of the following sources:

Accounts manually added and bound
-
Aliases synchronized from directories
The way to manage your accounts differs according to the source type chosen
by your administrator.
