Procedure
- Access the administrator console.The logon screen for the Trend Micro Email Security administrator console appears.
 - Click Forgot your Password.The Reset Password screen appears.
 - Type the user name and email address of your local account.
 - Click Send verification code.A verification code is sent to the above specified email address.
 - Specify the verification code.
 - Specify and confirm your new password.
 - Click Finish.You can use the new password to log on to the administrator console.
