Verify your organization's email domain to allow Licensing Management Platform to send emails using Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) if the default server fails.

Procedure

  1. Go to Administration → Branding Settings → Product Consoles.
  2. Click Email domain verification.
  3. Type your email domain.
  4. Click Submit.

    The verification process begins. Verification might take up to 72 hours.
    If verification fails, you can click Retry and submit your email domain again. If the issue persists, contact your support provider.
  5. Use the copy icon by the CNAME records to copy and add each record to your DNS server for DKIM verification.
  6. Use the copy icon by the TXT records to copy and add each record to your DNS server for DMARC policy configuration.
