Procedure
- Click .The Customers screen appears.
- Locate and click the company in the table.A screen appears with detailed company information.
- On the Licenses tab, click Assign Individual
Service Plan.The Assign Individual Service Plan screen appears.
- Select a service plan from the drop-down list.
Note
If the selected service plan and the current service plans associated with this customer contain duplicate licenses, a crossgrade is required to resolve the conflict. - Specify the number of units to assign to each license.
Note
The type of unit depends on the type of product or service the plan is for. - Specify the license start date.
- Click Save.License Management Platform assigns the service plan to the customer.
