Views:
Use the Customers screen (Users & LicensesCustomers) to view general information about your customers and create new customers.
The following table outlines the tasks available on the Customers screen.

Description
Filter the customer list
Use the search options above the table to locate specific partner companies based on criteria.
  • Search for customers: Type the company name of the customer or a partial string to locate customers and press ENTER or click anywhere on the screen to view customers matching the search string
  • Vendor: Select a vendor from the drop-down list to view only customers licensing products from the specified vendor
  • Product/Service: Select a specific product/service name to view only customers currently licensing that product/service
  • License status: Select a specific license status to view only customers with related licenses
  • Company status: Select Enabled or Disabled to filter the customers that display in the table
Create a customer
Click Create Customer to add a new customer to the list.

Manage individual customer settings
Click a Company name in the list to manage individual customer service plans, accounts, and profile.
