After assigning a service plan to a customer, you can customize some
settings to fit individual customer needs. The steps below outline how to modify a
customer's service plan.
NoteYou cannot modify service plans for trial licenses or plans that have reached End
of Life.

Procedure
- On the Customers > {Customer name} screen, select the Licenses tab.
- Click the service plan you want to modify.

Following a suite composition change, partners must review and approve all changes before they can modify affected service plans.For more information, see Approving suite composition changes. - Modify the service plan settings as required. The following table outlines the
settings you can modify for an individual customer's service plan.SettingDescriptionChange Service Plan (button)Next to Service plan name, click the Change Service Plan button to upgrade or downgrade the product/service.

The license status is visible in the table when you clickand then click a customer. The status will change from (normal) to (expiring soon) when the license will expire within the specified number of days and change to (expired) after the expiration date.Apply updatesChoose to apply these changes immediately or on a specified dateAdd-onSelect Enable to include the add-on feature in the service plan.Note
