Cloud Edge devices require special update permissions for specific
firmware versions. You must configure the permission on each device before
triggering Cloud Edge to update to the necessary firmware version. To configure
firmware update permissions on multiple Cloud Edge devices, download the appropriate
customer device list, edit the settings, and re-upload the file.
NoteFor Cloud Edge devices with older versions of firmware installed,
you may need to install one or more previous firmware packages before updating
to a newer version. If you have any questions about firmware dependencies,
contact your support representative.
