Procedure
- Go to .
- Click New Report.The New Report wizard appears.
- Specify a Report name.
- Select a report type.

Under Customer Reports, you can select General Report, Security Report, Health Report, or Worry-Free XDR Summary Report.

Under Partner Reports, you can select License Report, Operating System Report, Raw License Report, or Device/Agent Status Report.

- (Optional) Customize the data to include in the report using the available report categories in the drop-down lists.
- Click Next >.
- Configure the frequency, period, and schedule as required for the specified report
type.
Note
There is no specific period for partner reports. Partner reports reflect the current status of their report categories at the time of generation.FrequencyPeriod (Customer Reports)ScheduleOne timeYou can select a period from the drop-down list, or configure a period beginning up to 60 days prior to the current date. The default period for one time reports is set to the last 24 hours.Note

Start schedule: You can configure report generation to begin immediately, or at a future date.

End schedule: You can configure report generation to end on a specific date, after a number of occurrences, or configure no end date.
Weekly (on Sunday)Remote Manager generates each weekly customer report every Sunday using data from the preceding week.Monthly (on the specified day for customer reports and on the first day of the month for partner reports)Note
If you specify the 29th, 30th, or 31st day, and that day does not exist in a given month (for example, February), the report generates on the last available day of the month.Remote Manager generates each monthly customer report using data from first to last day of the preceding month.Note
The specified day does not affect the period used to generate the report. -
- Specify the Time zone used to generate data.
Note
There is no time zone selection for Device/Agent Status or Health reports. - Configure the report title settings by choosing one of the following
options:

Select Same as report name to use the report name specified in step 3.

Create a custom report title.
Tip
Custom report titles support the use of variables. You can use variables to display the report name, the company name of the target customer (for customer reports), and the month and year of the report (for monthly reports).
Note
The report title displays on the title page of generated reports and is the default subject for customer report email notifications. -
- Select whether to allow Trend Micro Remote
Manager to add new customers to this report automatically.
Note
This option is only available for monthly customer reports. - Select a Format for the generated report.
Note
Only CSV format is available for Device/Agent Status and Raw License reports.Only HTML format is available for Health reports. - Select the Language used in the report.
Note
English is the only available language for Device/Agent Status, Usage, and Worry-Free XDR Summary reports. - (Optional) Type a note.Notes are visible in the Trend Micro Remote Manager console only, and do not display in the report itself.
- Click Next >.
- Depending on the report type, configure the following:

For customer reports:

Select the applicable target customers for the report.Trend Micro Remote Manager generates a separate report for each customer you select.
Tip
You can select multiple target customers using the SHIFT and CTRL keys on a Windows machine (SHIFT and CONTROL on a Mac). -
Select the checkbox to notify target customers when the report generates.

For partner reports:

Select Send report to specified email recipients to allow Trend Micro Remote Manager to notify specified recipients when the report generates.

Type the Subject.

Type the email addresses of customer recipients, separating multiple entries with semicolons.

- Click Done.
