To disconnect a customer's Trend Micro Email Security account from Remote Manager, complete the following steps.

If the Trend Micro Email Security was added to the customer's account from Licensing Management Platform, you do not need to complete the following steps. Instead, delete the service plan from the Licensing Management Platform console.

Procedure

  1. Sign into the customer's Trend Micro Email Security console.
  2. Go to AdministrationRemote Manager.
  3. Click Disconnect.
  4. Click OK.
