Using the Trend Micro Worry-Free Services Plug-in, you
can configure which events generate tickets. Enable and configure thresholds for
system events that you want the Trend Micro Worry-Free Services Plug-in to send to
the ticketing system.
Procedure
- Go to .
- Click the Ticket Settings tab.
- Select the Enable check box and
specify the Threshold (if available) for the events you

The Trend Micro Worry-Free Services Plug-in attempts to install the Security Agent up to 3 times before disabling automatic deployment on the endpoint.
