Renew licenses for customers you manage.
NoteThis feature is only applicable if you are using an account that has been integrated
with the
Trend Micro Licensing Management Platform.

Procedure
- There are several ways to see the Renew
Licenses window:

From the Remote Manager web console:

Click Customers.

Select the customer that has the expired or soon-to-be expired license.

Click the Licenses tab.

Click Renew License.

From the License Management widget:

Click the Expired or Expiring soon count.

Select the customer that has the expired or soon-to-be expired license.

Click the Licenses tab.
-
Click Renew License.

From the email notification message, click the Renew link.

- Specify the change to the license terms.
- Click Submit.
