This section describes how to assign TMWS to users and groups in your Okta organization to grant them Internet access through TMWS, and how to push groups to TMWS so that TMWS can enforce policies by group.

Procedure

  1. Go to Applications → Applications → <your application>, and then click the Assignments tab.
  2. Select Assign to People or Assign to Groups from the Assign drop-down list.
  3. On the screen that appears, locate the users or groups that you want to assign TMWS to, click Assign, and then click Done.
  4. Click the Push Groups tab.
  5. Select Find groups by name or Find groups by rule from the Push Groups drop-down list.
  6. On the screen that appears, locate the group that you want to push to TMWS, and then click Save or Save & Add Another to add more groups.
    If you select Push group memberships immediately, the group information will be pushed to TMWS right after they are added successfully.
  7. Optionally select Active → Push now to push group memberships manually.
