Assign the Global Reader role

Procedure

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Azure portal as an administrator.
2. In the left navigation, click Microsoft Entra ID.
   The Overview screen appears.
3. In the left navigation, click Roles and administrators under Manage.
4. Use the search field to locate the Global Reader role, and then click the role name.
   The Global Reader|Assignments screen appears.
5. Click Add assignments.
   The Add assignments screen appears.
6. On the Membership tab, review the resource, resource type, selected role, and scope type, and click No member selected under Select member(s).
   The Select a member panel appears.
7. Use the search field to locate Trend Micro Vision One, click Trend Micro Vision One, and then click Select.

   Note If there are multiple Trend Micro Vision One applications listed, locate the applicable Azure Application (Client) ID by going to the Microsoft Entra ID screen (Workflow and Automation → Third-Party Integration → Identity and Access Management) in Trend Vision One and clicking Details in the Status column of the corresponding permission set.

8. Click Next.
9. On the Setting tab, select Active for Assignment type, enter the justification, and click Assign.
   A message appears in the upper right corner of the screen, indicating that the Password Administrator role is successfully assigned to Trend Micro Vision One.
