Cloud Activity provides an overview of the cloud apps accessed across your network.
You can use the Cloud Activity tab to understand
the cloud apps that your users access and to manage how your organization authorizes
the use of
specific apps. Ensure that you connect to as many data sources as possible to receive
the most
accurate risk insights about your network's cloud app usage.

Sanctioned Apps

Displays the top sanctioned apps accessed by users across your network
Click an app name to access the Cloud app profile.
Operations Dashboard automatically sanctions cloud apps
configured within your organization's Identity Access Management (IAM) systems (for
example,
Microsoft Entra ID).
To manually sanction apps, go to the Apps tab of the Asset profile screens screen.
