Cloud Activity provides an overview of the public cloud apps and managed SaaS apps accessed across your network.

Use Cloud Activity to understand the cloud apps that your users access. Connect as many data sources as possible to receive the most accurate risk insights about your organization's cloud app usage.

To prioritize risk reduction measures, Cloud Activity will be removed from Operations Dashboardon March 31, 2025. After March 31, you can access the information displayed in Cloud Activity widgets in the following locations.

Reputation of Visited Public Cloud Apps
Removed. To find public cloud app reputation distribution, go to Applications → Public cloud apps in Cyber Risk Exposure Management → Attack Surface Discovery and use the reputation filter to filter accessed public cloud apps by reputation.
Public Cloud App Usage by Category
Dashboards and Reports → Security Dashboard under Cloud App Category Usage
Connected SaaS Apps
 Cyber Risk Exposure Management → Attack Surface Discovery in Applications → Connected SaaS apps
Sanctioned Public Cloud Apps
 Removed. To find sanctioned public cloud apps, go to Applications → Public cloud apps in Cyber Risk Exposure Management → Attack Surface Discovery and use the sanctioned status filter to filter accessed public cloud apps by sanctioned status.
Top 10 Public Cloud Apps with the Most Visits
Removed. To find similar information with a greater risk focus, see the Top 5 Poor-Reputation Public Cloud Apps With the Most Visits widget in the Public cloud app activity risk factor tab of Cyber Risk Exposure Management → Operations Dashboard.
Top 10 Users with the Most Public Cloud App Visits
Removed. To find similar information with a greater risk focus, go to Accounts in Cyber Risk Exposure Management → Attack Surface Discovery and sort by asset risk score.

Connected SaaS Apps
Displays the connected SaaS apps managed by your organization along with the app category and asset risk score

Sanctioned Public Cloud Apps
Displays the top sanctioned public cloud apps accessed by users across your network
Click an app name to access the Public cloud app profile.
Operations Dashboard automatically sanctions public cloud apps configured within your organization's Identity Access Management (IAM) systems (for example, Microsoft Entra ID).
To manually sanction apps, go to the Applications tab in Attack Surface Discovery
Top 10 Public Cloud Apps with the Most Visits
Displays the top 10 most accessed public cloud apps across your network
Top 10 Users with the Most Public Cloud App Visits
Displays the top 10 users that visited the most public cloud apps
