Cloud Activity provides an overview of the public cloud apps and managed SaaS apps accessed across your network.

Use Cloud Activity to understand the cloud apps that your users access and manage how your organization authorizes the use of specific apps. Ensure you connect as many data sources as possible to receive the most accurate risk insights about your network's cloud app usage.

Description
Reputation of Visited Public Cloud Apps
Displays a chart outlining the reputations of the public cloud apps accessed throughout your network by visit or app count
Public Cloud App Usage by Category
Displays a chart outlining the proportion of public cloud app categories accessed throughout your network by visit or app count
Connected SaaS Apps
Displays the connected SaaS apps managed by your organization along with the app category and asset risk score

Sanctioned Public Cloud Apps
Displays the top sanctioned public cloud apps accessed by users across your network
Click an app name to access the Public cloud app profile.
Operations Dashboard automatically sanctions public cloud apps configured within your organization's Identity Access Management (IAM) systems (for example, Microsoft Entra ID).
To manually sanction apps, go to the Applications tab in Attack Surface Discovery
Top 10 Public Cloud Apps with the Most Visits
Displays the top 10 most accessed public cloud apps across your network
Top 10 Users with the Most Public Cloud App Visits
Displays the top 10 users that visited the most public cloud apps

Public Cloud App Activity
Displays the geographic location and number of times your users or devices accessed public cloud apps on a given day
