To begin receiving the required activity data from Trend Micro Cloud App Security, you must grant the necessary Microsoft Exchange permissions.

On the Trend Vision One console, go to Email and Collaboration Security → Email and Collaboration Sensor.
Ensure that you grant the necessary permissions using the Click here buttons.
- Use the Exchange Web Service Managed API for quarantine management
- Use the Graph API to access all mailboxes
- Access the user profiles and mailboxes
Follow the onscreen instructions.
