You can change the content and information displayed in the notification messages
to better fit the needs of your organization and users.
You can also turn on or off specific notifications; by default these notifications
are on. When a certain type of notification pop-up window is turned off, in agent
side, the window is suppressed, but the notification content is still in the agent
history. If something happens, the end user can double-check the agent notification
history.
The customized notification appears on your users' Windows or macOS devices when access
to an internal app is blocked. To view the notification change, the user must reconnect
the endpoint to the Private Access module.
Procedure
- Go to
- Click the notification that you want to customize.
- Turn the notification status On or Off.

Tip
You can turn the notification status off or on directly on the Secure Access Module Notifications page. - Make any changes to the Message that you require.
- Click the variable to add the URL or App to the message.
- Click Save.
