You can select objects that are considered safe and add them to the exception list.
When TrendAI Vision One™ detects a suspicious object in the exception list, it considers the object
safeand does not act on the object. File exceptions are hash-based, not path or file‑upload based. Exceptions are specific to each hash value.
NoteSuspicious object exceptions only apply to suspicious object detections managed by
TrendAI Vision One™. They do not suppress detections made by endpoint security agent engines such as
antivirus (AV), Advanced Threat Scan Engine (ATSE), or Behavior Monitoring (BM). If
an endpoint agent independently detects a file as malicious, the agent will still
take action (like quarantine or block) even if that file's hash appears in the exception
list.

You can only add the following object types to the exception list. Examples show the
correct format.

details panel. View the object settings and make changes if necessary.

Click Add to open the Add Exception screen.
Choose to manually add different types of objects as exceptions. For more information,
see Add exceptions.
You can add a maximum of 5,000 exceptions.
The Exception object types table shows which object types you can add to the Exception List.
