Request an extension depends on which type of TrendAI Vision One™ Trial you have and how you started the trial.
To extend a platform-wide trial, contact your Trend Micro representative to request a trial extension of any duration on your behalf. If the request meets business requirements, the extension will be approved.
To extend a TrendAI Vision One™ Trial for an individual solution, you have two options:
  • Use the 30-day extension: Go to the relevant app in TrendAI Vision One™ and click Manage usage → Manage trial → Extend trial for 30 days to immediately start the one-time extension.
  • Request a custom-duration extension: Contact your Trend Micro representative to request an extension of any duration on your behalf. If the request meets business requirements, the extension will be approved.
Make sure to request your extension before your current trial expires.
