Yes. If you created a TrendAI Vision One™ account to start your platform-wide TrendAI Vision One™ Trial and later decide to purchase credits, you can continue using the same account for your paid usage.
Take the following steps to reuse your trial account to start paid usage:
  1. Purchase a TrendAI™ Flex (credits) license within 30 days after your trial expires to prevent your TrendAI Vision One™ account from being deleted.
  2. During the license activation process, make sure to select the same TrendAI Vision One™ account and Business ID you used for the trial.

    Tip
    If you select the wrong TrendAI Vision One™ account by mistake, contact Trend Micro support to manually transfer your data, as long as the data still exists. If your trial account has already been deleted, your data might no longer be available.
  3. Activate your credits to that account.
When you do so, all your trial settings and data remain intact, and you are ready to begin using TrendAI Vision One™ with paid usage.

Please note that you cannot use the same email address for the Primary User Account of multiple TrendAI Vision One™ accounts.
If you want to try out the platform-wide TrendAI Vision One™ Trial again, you have two choices:
  • Create a new TrendAI Vision One™ with a different email address as the Primary User Account when applying to start another TrendAI Vision One™ Trial.
  • Wait until your trial account is deleted 30 days after the original trial expires, then start another platform-wide TrendAI Vision One™ Trial using the original email address.
Please note that, whichever option you choose, your settings and data from the original trial do not carry over.
