Understand how Trend Vision One calculates the number of credits to draw down from your balance based on your Forensics usage.
Forensics is a paid solution that utilizes evidence collection, which requires 400
credits per 1 GB of storage. Trend Vision One calculates Forensics credit usage based
on your cumulative evidence collection data storage. For example, if you use 3 GB
of data storage for evidence collection, your Forensics credit usage is 1200 credits.
To view the latest estimated total credit drawdown for the current month, go to and look under CREDIT USAGE OVERVIEW.
To see the latest estimated credit drawdown for individual solutions, go to and find the specific package in the USAGE DETAILS table.
To view your credit drawdown for past months, go to and look under PLANNED CREDIT USAGE VS. ACTUAL CREDIT DRAWDOWN.
