Managing tagged assets

Procedure

1. Choose a tag property and click the icon to expand the list of associated tag values.
2. After choosing a tag value, click the number of Tagged assets for a given asset type, or click Manage assets.
   The Manage Tagged Assets window appears.

   Note If no assets appear in the window, you can use the Asset type filter to show any applicable assets.

3. To remove the tag from existing assets, select one or more assets and click Remove tag.
4. To assign the tag to additional assets, click + Add asset.
   The Add Assets window appears.
5. Select one or more assets from the list and click Assign tag.

   Note You can only select assets that have not yet reached the maximum of 20 assigned custom tags.

6. If any of the selected assets are already assigned another value of the same tag property, click Assign tag in the confirmation window.
   The tag value is assigned to the selected assets, and any other values of the same tag property are removed from the assets.
