Allow Container Security to generate your updated Helm commands to configure proxy settings on your Kubernetes clusters.
If you need to update the proxy settings of configured Kubernetes clusters, Container
Security provides a Helm script generator for quick updates.
ImportantChanges do not take effect until you execute the Helm script. The cluster details
page updates once the changes have taken effect on the cluster. If this is a
Fargate cluster, you must reboot the affected pods.

Procedure
- Go to .
- Click Kubernetes.
- Locate and click the cluster in the table that on which you want to modify the proxy settings.
- Click the Proxy Settings Tool link next to the
Proxy field.The Proxy Settings Script Generator screen appears.
- If your cluster requires a proxy server, turn on Use
Proxy and configure the following settings:

Protocol: Select HTTP or SOCKS5.

Proxy address: Specify the IP address of the proxy server.

Port: Specify the port number of the proxy server.

Require authentication credentials: Select and specify the Account and Password of the proxy server.

- If your cluster does not require a proxy server, turn off Use Proxy.
- Copy and execute the Helm script on your cluster.
Important
Changes do not take effect until you execute the Helm script. The cluster details page updates once the changes have taken effect on the cluster. If this is a Fargate cluster, you must reboot the affected pods.
