Purchase a TrendAI™ Flex (credits) license from AWS Marketplace.

You can purchase a TrendAI™ Flex (credits) license from AWS Marketplace. Credits licenses are renewable subscription-based contracts. You can upgrade the number of credits granted by the license through AWS Marketplace at any time.

  • Your business can have multiple active credits licenses at once.
  • Each license appears as a separate item in License Information. The total amount of credits from all your licenses combine into your credit balance, which is available for use across TrendAI Vision One™.
  • You can only activate each credits license purchased from AWS Marketplace once. You cannot transfer licenses to another registered business after activation. If you need to change your license to another registered business, contact your sales representative.
Take the following steps to purchase a TrendAI™ Flex (credits) license from AWS Marketplace and activate the license in TrendAI Vision One™:

Procedure

  1. Go to AWS Marketplace.
  2. Search for Trend Micro.
  3. Click Trend Vision One.

  4. Click View purchase options.
  5. Sign in to AWS Marketplace.
  6. Set up and pay for your TrendAI™ Flex (credits) license.
    1. In the Configure your Software Contract window, specify the contract details and number of credits.

      Auto renewal is enabled by default. If you do not want your license to automatically renew at the end of the contract, select No for Renewal Settings.
    2. Click Create contract.
    3. Review the contract details and click Pay now to purchase the credit license.
  7. Click Set up your account to open the TrendAI Vision One™ console.
  8. Activate the credits license in the TrendAI Vision One™ console.

    You must sign in to the TrendAI Vision One™ console and complete license activation within four hours after clicking Set up your account.
    If you are unable to complete the task in time, go to AWS Marketplace Subscriptions and find your TrendAI Vision One™ subscription. Click Set up product to restart the registration process.
    1. Sign in to the TrendAI Vision One™ console using an account with licensing permissions.
      The Activate Your Trend Micro Solutions screen appears.
    2. Review the license details and click Activate.

    After activating the license, you can view the license and credit conversion information in License Information and Platform Usage and Credits.

  9. After purchasing and activating your TrendAI™ Flex (credits) license, you can upgrade the number of credits included in the license at any time.
    1. Go to AWS Marketplace Subscriptions.
    2. Find your TrendAI Vision One™ subscription.
    3. Under Upgrade current contract, specify the number of credits you want to add to your license.
      Your TrendAI™ Flex (credits) license updates to include the additional credits.

      The newly added credits appear as a separate item in License Information, but retain the same expiration date.
