Configure the allow list settings for TrendAI™ Email Security to ensure the delivery of Security Awareness Training training campaign invitations and reminders, and simulated phishing emails to employees in your organization.

Procedure

  1. On the TrendAI™ Email Security console, go to Administration → Service Integration and click Phishing Simulation.
  2. Enable Bypass scans for TrendAI™ phishing simulations.
  3. Click Save.
    You have configured TrendAI™ Email Security to allow employees in your organization to receive training campaign invitations and reminders, and phishing simulation emails from Security Awareness.
