Switch from Azure single-subscription to Management Group deployment

If you currently have one or more Azure subscriptions using File Security Storage, and wish to switch to a Management Group deployment, you must carry out the following:

Procedure

Uninstall each single-subscription deployment by running the following:
```
bash
./deploy.sh uninstall
```
Repeat until all single-subscription deployments have been removed
Once the uninstall is complete, use the Management Group enrollment flow.
