Upgrade to Service Gateway 3.0 for continued service and security.

Important
  • Automatic upgrade to 3.0 is not available. You must manually upgrade each Service Gateway appliance in the corresponding appliance details screen.
  • Ensure your system CPU meets the minimum architecture requirements before upgrading. Service Gateway 3.0 supports the following CPU architectures at the following versions or later:
    • AMD and Intel 64-bit (x86-64-v2)
    • 64-bit ARM (ARMv8.0-A)
    • IBM Power Systems, Little Endian (POWER9)
    • 64-bit IBM Z (z14)
Service Gateway 3.0 includes the following enhancements:
  • Migrates the base operating system (CentOS for Service Gateway 2.0) to ensure continued service and security of your system.
  • Updates the dependency package to reduce security risks to your system.
  • Includes vital fixes for security vulnerabilities, enhancing your system's resilience against potential threats.

Procedure

  1. Go to Workflow and Automation → Service Gateway Management.
  2. Click the name of the target Service Gateway appliance you want to upgrade.
  3. In the appliance details screen, click the Get Started button in the banner indicating an available 3.0 version.
  4. In the dialog that appears, view the enhancements included in the upgrade and click Upgrade Now.
  5. Wait for some time and check the upgrade result in the Notification Center.
