Procedure
- On the managed server, right click the Agent system tray icon and click Stop Service to stop the Agent service.
- Copy all the
.xml,.dat, and.inifiles from the installation folder:C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\TMRMAgentForWFBSorC:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\TMRMAgentForWFBS.-

- Copy all the files from the
\Cachefolder. - Restart the Agent service.
