Procedure
- On the managed server, right click the Agent system tray icon and click Stop Service to stop the Agent service.
- Copy all the
.xml
,.dat
, and.ini
files from the installation folder:C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\TMRMAgentForWFBS
orC:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\TMRMAgentForWFBS

\Cache
folder. - Restart the Agent service.
