The following table briefly describes what each of the statuses mean.

Operating System	Status	Description
Windows	Online	The Security Agent connects to the server.
Windows	Offline	The Security Agent cannot connect to the server. The endpoint might have shut down or might not have Internet access.
Mac	Online	The Security Agent connects to the server.
Mac	Offline	The Security Agent cannot connect to the server. The endpoint might have shut down or might not have Internet access.
Android	Normal	Malware Scan is enabled Password complies with company policy Automatic update is enabled Permission granted (device administrator, location access)
Android	Warning	Malware Scan is disabled Password does not comply with company policy Automatic update is disabled Permission required (device administrator, location access)
iOS	Normal	Device is not jailbroken Device is connected to a secured Wi-Fi Device is locked with a passcode, Touch ID, or Face ID No potential data leak detected Device operating system is up to date No device operating system vulnerability detected
iOS	Warning	Device is jailbroken Device is connected to an unsecured Wi-Fi Potential data leak due to HTTPS auto-decryption Device operating system is out of date Device operating system is vulnerable
