Cloud Email Gateway ProtectionでSecurity Awareness Trainingの機能からのすべての受信メールを許可するために、許可リストにSecurity Awareness Trainingを追加してください。

[Cloud Email and Gateway Protection] のユーザは、キャンペーンメールが受信者に届くようにするために、Security Awareness からのすべての受信メールを許可する必要があります。

手順

  1. Trend Vision One コンソールで、[Cyber Risk Exposure Management] → Security Awareness に移動し、[Phishing Simulations] または [Training Campaigns] のいずれかを選択します。
  2. 設定を開くには、設定アイコン (gear_icon=fc9a51ad-35af-4fe3-92c6-5e41b2dfc5d9.png) をクリックします。
  3. [許可リストの設定]で、[Cloud Email and Gateway Protection]の必要な許可リスト情報を見つけてください。
  4. 以下の情報をコピーしてください:
    • 送信元ドメイン
    • 送信IPアドレス
  5. [Cloud Email and Gateway Protection]でスキャンをバイパスするためにPhishing Simulationsを許可します。
    1. [Email and Collaboration Security] → [Cloud Email and Gateway Protection]に移動し、[管理]をクリックします。
    2. [Service Integration]に移動します。
    3. [Bypass scans for Trend Micro phishing simulations]を有効にする。
  6. [Cloud Email and Gateway Protection]で送信ドメインを許可します。
    1. [Email and Collaboration Security] → [Cloud Email and Gateway Protection]で、[受信保護] → [ドメインベース認証]に移動し、[SPF]をクリックします。
    2. SPFが有効になっている場合は、デフォルトのSender Policy Framework (SPF) ルールをクリックしてください。
    3. [Ignored Peers]の下に、trendmicro.comとmailrelaysrvのドメインを追加して、シミュレーションメールがSPFチェックを通過するようにしてください。
    4. [Spam Filtering] → [Spam Policy]に移動し、組織のスパムまたはフィッシングルールをクリックしてください。
    5. [Recipients and Senders]で送信者を[Type address or domain]に設定し、*@mailrelaysrv.comと入力します。
    6. 受信者を[My Organization]に設定してください。
    7. [追加]をクリックしてから[送信]をクリックします。
    8. 必要に応じて、組織のニュースレターやスパムのようなルールについて、手順eからgを繰り返してください。
    9. [Email and Collaboration Security] → [Cloud Email and Gateway Protection]に移動し、[管理]をクリックします。
    10. [Webレピュテーション除外リスト]に移動
    11. Security Awarenessの設定からコピーした送信ドメインを指定してください。
  7. 送信IPアドレスを[Cloud Email and Gateway Protection]に追加します。
    1. [Email and Collaboration Security] → [Cloud Email and Gateway Protection] で、[受信保護] に移動し、[IPレピュテーション] をクリックします。
    2. [追加] をクリックします。
    3. 設定からコピーした送信元のIPアドレスをSecurity Awarenessに指定してください。
    4. (オプション) IPアドレスの説明を入力します。
    5. [保存] をクリックします。
