將安全意識訓練添加到雲端電子郵件閘道保護的允許清單中，以允許來自安全意識訓練功能的所有進來電子郵件。

對於 Cloud Email Gateway Protection 的使用者，您必須允許所有來自 Security Awareness 的電子郵件，以確保活動電子郵件能夠到達您的收件人。

步驟

  1. 在 Trend Vision One 主控台中，前往 Cyber Risk Exposure Management → Security Awareness，然後選擇 Phishing Simulations 或 Training Campaigns。
  2. 點選設定圖示 (gear_icon=fc9a51ad-35af-4fe3-92c6-5e41b2dfc5d9.png) 以開啟設定。
  3. 在Allow List Settings中，查找Cloud Email Gateway Protection所需的允許清單資訊。
  4. 複製以下資訊：
    • 發送網域
    • 傳送 IP 位址
  5. 允許網路釣魚模擬繞過 Cloud Email Gateway Protection 中的掃描。
    1. 前往Email and Collaboration Security → Cloud Email Gateway Protection並點擊Administration。
    2. 前往Service Integration。
    3. 啟用Bypass scans for Trend Micro phishing simulations。
  6. 允許在 Cloud Email Gateway Protection 中的發送域。
    1. 在 Email and Collaboration Security → Cloud Email Gateway Protection 中，前往 Inbound Protection → Domain-based Authentication 並點擊 SPF。
    2. 如果已啟動 SPF，點擊預設的發件人策略框架 (SPF) 規則。
    3. 在Ignored Peers下，新增網域trendmicro.com和mailrelaysrv以確保模擬電子郵件通過SPF檢查。
    4. 前往 Spam Filtering → Spam Policy 並點擊您組織的垃圾郵件或網路釣魚規則。
    5. 在Recipients and Senders中，將發件人設置為Type address or domain，並輸入*@mailrelaysrv.com。
    6. 將收件者設為My Organization。
    7. 點擊 新增，然後 Submit。
    8. 如有必要，請對您組織的通訊或垃圾郵件規則重複步驟 e 到 g。
    9. 前往Email and Collaboration Security → Cloud Email Gateway Protection並點擊Administration。
    10. 前往Web Reputation Approved List
    11. 指定從Security Awareness設定中複製的發送網域。
  7. 將發送的 IP 位址新增到 Cloud Email Gateway Protection。
    1. 在 Email and Collaboration Security → Cloud Email Gateway Protection 中，前往 Inbound Protection 並點選 IP Reputation。
    2. 點選新增。
    3. 指定從Security Awareness設定中複製的發送 IP 位址。
    4. 請輸入 IP 位址的描述。
    5. 點選儲存。
