Attachment istrue file type 標準允許您根據郵件中附件的真實檔案類型創建政策規則，以對消息採取行動。

當Attachment isfile name or extension條件僅根據檔案名稱和/或副檔名做出決策時，Attachment istrue file type條件會掃描檔案本身的標頭以尋找識別簽名。

步驟

  1. 在 Scanning Criteria 標籤上，點選 Advanced。
  2. 選擇Attachment istrue file type條件。
  3. 點選 true file type 連結。
    Attachment True File Type畫面出現。
  4. 從下拉清單中，選擇Selected true file types或Not selected true file types。
  5. 選擇雲端電子郵件閘道保護的正確檔案類型以進行匹配。

    注意
    • 對於 2007 或更高版本的 Microsoft Office 檔案，雲端電子郵件閘道保護 僅在檔案未加密時支援附件真實檔案類型檢測。
    • Compressed file 類型的 other 僅包含以下文件類型：ar、arc、amg、lzw、cab、lha、pklite、diet、lzh 和 lz。
