以下表格列出了在從 Trend Cloud One - Endpoint & Workload Security、Trend Micro Apex One 即服務、Trend Micro Cloud App Security 和 Trend Micro Email Security 遷移您的使用者帳號之前，您應該注意的事項。

所有遷移到 Trend Vision One 的使用者帳號都被指派了自訂的使用者角色，擁有與遷移前大部分相同的權限和資產可見範圍。

角色基礎的存取控制和與許可相關的權限不會轉移到 Trend Vision One 以避免權限升級。

如果您需要將 SAML 帳戶和 SAML 群組帳戶從其他 趨勢科技 產品遷移到 Trend Vision One，請更新至 Foundation Services 版本並在 Identity Providers 中配置所需的身份提供者，然後再遷移用戶。
擁有未經驗證電子郵件域的 SAML 使用者必須在登入 Trend Vision One 之前驗證其電子郵件地址並更新其帳戶。

將 Trend Cloud One - Endpoint & Workload Security 使用者帳號遷移至 Trend Vision OneServer & Workload Protection
在更新到 Server & Workload Protection 後，所有本地帳戶使用者都可以使用與登入 趨勢雲端一號 相同的憑證登入 Trend Vision One。

只有在過去 30 天內在 趨勢雲端一號 活躍的 SAML 帳戶用戶會被遷移到 Trend Vision One 作為 SAML 帳戶。
使用未驗證電子郵件域的用戶必須在登錄Trend Vision One之前驗證其電子郵件地址。

要保留與 趨勢雲端一號 SAML 帳戶相同的功能，請在更新至 Server & Workload Protection 後，手動移除已遷移的 SAML 帳戶，並將用戶重新添加為 IdP-Only SAML 群組帳戶。

將 Trend Micro Apex One 即服務 使用者帳號遷移至 Trend Vision OneEndpoint Security
在更新到 Endpoint Security 後，本地帳戶使用者必須登入 Trend Micro Apex One 即服務 控制台，並在登入 Trend Vision One 之前更新他們的登入電子郵件地址和密碼。

如果與 Trend Vision One 本地帳戶相關聯的電子郵件地址之前已註冊過 趨勢雲端一號 帳戶，則這些帳戶及登入憑證將合併。用戶可以使用登入 趨勢雲端一號 時所用的相同憑證登入 Trend Vision One。

無有效電子郵件地址的 SAML 帳戶和 SAML 群組帳戶無法遷移到 Trend Vision One。
Trend Micro Apex One 即服務 SAML 群組帳戶的成員資格在遷移到 Trend Vision One 後保持完全不變，無法更新。如果您需要在遷移後更新群組成員資格，必須在 使用者帳號 中創建新的 SAML 群組帳戶。

正在更新 Trend Micro Cloud App Security 使用者帳號至 Trend Vision OneEmail and Collaboration Security
在更新至 Email and Collaboration Security 後，所有本地帳戶用戶將收到邀請電子郵件，並必須在登錄 Trend Vision One 之前更新其帳戶。
本地帳號使用者也可以登入Trend Micro Cloud App Security控制台，並按照指示更新他們的使用者帳號。
