發送的 IP 位址會隨時間變化。在啟動訓練活動或網路釣魚模擬之前，請檢查清單。
- 將您的 Google Workspace 設定為允許來自 Security Awareness 的訓練活動邀請和提醒，以及網路釣魚模擬電子郵件。

- 前往 。
- 選擇頂層組織，通常是您的網域。
- 將滑鼠懸停在Email whitelist區域，然後點選編輯。
- 請輸入發送的 IP 位址，並以逗號分隔。
- 點選儲存。
- 為確保連線不會逾時，關閉增強的預傳遞訊息掃描。

- 在垃圾簡訊部分，點選Configure。
- 在Add setting畫面上，輸入設定的描述。
- 選擇Bypass spam filters for messages received from addresses or domains within these approved senders lists。
- 點選Create or edit list。Manage address list 畫面會在新的瀏覽器標籤頁中開啟。
- 點選Add address list。
- 在Name欄位中，輸入Trend Vision One Sender。
- 點選Add address。
- 輸入Trend Vision One發件人的網域名稱。
- 關閉Authentication required。
- 點選儲存。
- 在 Spam, Phishing and Malware 標籤上，點選 儲存。
您已配置 Google Workspace 允許您組織中的員工接收來自 Security Awareness 的培訓活動邀請和提醒，以及網路釣魚模擬電子郵件。 - 為了防止警告橫幅出現在收到培訓活動邀請和提醒以及網路釣魚模擬電子郵件的組織員工的 Gmail 收件匣中，請添加Security Awareness Training將 IP 位址傳送到您的入站網關。
- 在Spam, Phishing and Malware畫面中，將滑鼠懸停在Inbound gateway區域，然後點選編輯。
- 在Gateway IPs欄位中，點選新增。
- 輸入Security Awareness發送 IP 位址，然後點選儲存。
- 啟用Message is considered spam if the following header regexp matches。
- 指定垃圾郵件標頭標籤的文字，這些文字不太可能出現在您的網路釣魚模擬電子郵件中。
- 啟用Disable Gmail spam evaluation on mail from this gateway; only use header value以使用header value選項處理來自此閘道的電子郵件訊息。
- 點選儲存。
